Grampy's Visiting!

 Grampy arrived a bit late on Monday night and we've been having a great time visiting and preparing for Christmas with him.  We've seen Santa, built a gingerbread house, been to the zoo and to zoolights!  Also watched Christmas movies and read stories!  And we're not done yet!

Here are some pictures of some of our activities so far.

 We got a hippopotamus for Christmas!!!!!

Zoolights and the zoo were fun.  The whole zoo is finally open again and it was great to see our animal friends again during the day then go back that night for the lights.

Grampy is here until Monday!

It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas!

 On Friday we started to put up the tree!

Gwen helped fluff the branches.

 Cara helped check the lights!

 Saturday the girls put on the decorations in the morning.

 And Saturday afternoon we went to Nana & Grampa Howie's for some cookie decorating and stew.

 A great Christmasy afternoon before Nana, Grampa Howie and Pepper headed to NB for Christmas.

 Sunday we went to the annual General Dynamics Christmas Bowling Party and pizza too!

 The girls really had fun with the shoes, the pizza and the bowling.

 Gwen loves to bowl!

Cara wasn't afraid at all this year and Gwen is never afraid of Santa.

The giant shark and freaky Nemo painting is quite disturbing though!

Now we are waiting for the visit from Grampy and lots more Christmas fun!

Finished Gymnastics

 We finished gymnastics last week.  For the last class I brought the camera into Gwen's class for some action shots.

She had fun on the parallel bars!

 For Cara's class I had to take pictures from the door.

She was doing twist jumps on the trampoline.

 On the balance beam she had to pick up the toy, spin around then put the toy back down.
