This one is the rest of July. We unpacked, we enjoyed the hot summer sun in the backyard, we settled in to our new home.

We found this little guy in our yard - at first we thought it was an injured bird but no! It is a baby robin who hasn't learned to fly yet. He hung around for a couple of days then was gone.
We have been to Calaway many times - Gwen is tall enough for more rides this year.
We even went with Freya once!
The girls spend many days cooling off in the pool.
We went to one of the city wading pools and cooled off too.
Cara and her friend from kindergarten Kyla had a great time.
There were many hot days so we used the pool a lot.
Gwen did some face painting with markers.
