Our adventures with Grampy continued with a nice walk in Pearce Estate Park before preschool on Tuesday.
A stop at the playground was not an option!
Wednesday promised rain and thunder storms but we headed out to the zoo anyway.
A short wait for the penguins was worth it.
It was a perfect photography day in the Butterfly Garden.
Gwen loves to spot the butterflies.
Cara looks up high to see the colourful butterflies float around.
Mr. Tiger.
We had a nice morning at the zoo. The rain and thunder did come while we were inside having lunch. So we made a dash for the exit and got home only slightly damp.
Thursday morning we took Grampy to the airport - we had a great week with him! The girls were great and enjoyed all of the activity. Thanks for coming to visit us, Grampy!
To celebrate Father's Day we went for a picnic (back to Pearce Estate Park).
One of the best things about having two sweet girls is dressing them in matching outfits - it raises the cute level about 1000%!
Sandwiches in the park.

Daddy and his girls (wearing his newest hand print t shirt!)
Happy Father's Day to Dads everywhere!
The entire visit was spectacular! Mary did a great job recording the events digitally. The Zoo was great fun with teh Penguin Plunge as well as the Butterflies! The humidity was perfect for photographing the butterflies! The Gondola at Banff was more than I had imagined or hoped for! Wow! Thank you all for a suitcase of great memories! -- Grampy
