Here is the Halloween post that should have gone up before our trip to California!
So, to keep our entire life's activities on the internet for all to see I'll post this one now and get working on Gwen's birthday and our trip posts (there will be multiple - over 2500 pics to go through and edit!).
Our 2 jack-o-lanterns for 2012 - Cara requested a cat and she and Daddy designed the wacky face!
Everyone all dressed up for trick or treating. It was cold and snowy but the kids still brought in a good haul.

Gwen had her first haircut. Her bangs were getting really long. Cara was a nice big sister (held her hand the whole time). Gwen did not really enjoy the trim.
A wonderful sister moment. Cara was pretending to be in a cage so Gwen climbed on top and trapped her in!
We had a great trip to California - the girls loved it there and loved their cousins and aunt and uncle! We are still on Pacific Time (and wishing we were there instead of this frozen wasteland that is Calgary!).
