We arrived!
Our hotel - just a short walk from Disneyland.

Arrival Day we settled in to our hotel, and walked to Downtown Disney to explore and get in the Disney mood.
Supper at Tortilla Joes

Gwen went for the burrito
After supper we checked out the big lego store!
Then we got some beignets for dessert - just like the ones Tiana makes!
Then walked back to the hotel.
After a swim we got to see the fireworks from right outside our room!
The next morning we were up and ready for 4 full days of Disneyland!
The Indiana Jones ride is a fav of Cara's but Gwen did not enjoy it at all!

Then we went to California Adventure
Got to see A Bug's Land one last time.
Rode all the rides on the Pier

Met Oswald the Lucky Rabbit on the way back to Disneyland.
Rode Dumbo at sunset!
Then saw the Fantasmic! show - we had a good spot and the girls could see without being lifted up.
It was a fabulous first day!
