After a week of packing and getting ready for our vacation we are finally at the cottage!
Cara is learning to play croquet and horseshoes. Gwen is loving running around on the big lawn.
We don't have cell service out here (unless we drive down the road) but there is some internet - so if you need to reach us try the cells or send us an email!
Next week we'll have a full update on all the beaches, corn mazes, campfires and fun we have on this week away from the city!
When we arrived Cara was inspecting around a big tree in the yard and I asked what she was doing she replied "Just checking for any dangerous nature."
We ate supper on the patio and before bed Cara asked Daddy if we would have breakfast here. He said yes and she said "Do you think we could eat it...inside?"
These city kids!
City kids are fun! Dangerous nature... ponds and no lakes... eating inside. This is amazing good fun and you'll remember these "throw away" lines with a smile in years to come! I'm looking forward to your photo journalistic report! - Grampy
